Upgrade Policy

All standard software functionality and bug fixes will be provided free of charge.

Warranty & Support

ASTi will provide 30-days’ post delivery support via email only. This support is limited to two separate events, or two hours of time. If multiple quantities are ordered, support hours are not cumulative. Additional support time beyond the standard two events or two hours will be billed at $150 per hour, pre-paid.

Return/Cancellation Policy

ASTi will charge a 5% restock fee if an order is cancelled before shipment.
ASTi will charge a 10% restock fee if a product is returned unused.*
ASTi will charge a 15% restock fee if a product is returned unpackaged but undamaged.*

* An RMA number is required for all returns; see ASTi’s RMA Policy for more information. All return packaging and freight costs are the customer’s responsibility.
