We are currently looking for multi-talented engineers who want to do more than just cut code. We want individuals who are driven to understand the "big picture" requirements of our market and utilize that knowledge to shape the future direction of our products. Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Creating network wide, real time voice communication solutions.
• Implementing voice compression algorithms for efficient bandwidth utilization.
• Developing networked real-time embedded systems.
• Building user-friendly GUIs for complex systems.
• Optimizing digital signal processing and multi-core software.
• Supporting ASTi Application Engineers working with customers.
• Designing and debugging optimum network topologies for audio applications.
• Creating sophisticated models of new radio communication systems.
• Developing detailed mathematical models of engine and rotor acoustics.
• Helping to create intelligent network routing and filtering products for the Simulation Industry.

• Self-starting, ability to thrive in a small organization

• Experience with C, C++, Python, GTK, Linux and Windows Development
• BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
