Voisus

Voisus (pronounced “voice us”) is a low cost communications solution for Red Hat Enterprise Linux® 5 workstations providing simple operator set-up and operation. Up to 10 conference assets are provided, with novel auto-discovery of in-use nets across the network. Voisus software is deployable on a customer furnished workstation, although it is not purely a software application since without some audio hardware there can be no communication. Voisus employs the use of an ASTi Radius USB audio interface complete with integral PTT capability and a lightweight headset.

Voisus implements simple auto-discovery of all network communications nets and provides seamless interoperation with the ASTiNet and DIS protocols. A simple, easy-to-use, intuitive GUI control panel was designed to meet the core communications requirements.
